	Baan Suan Mok Development Project
	The Baan Suan Mok development project has a one-year timeframe and a significant initial investment over the first six-months. The building of the remaining houses and the gardens takes place during the second six months. The project requires land division, surface water drainage, water and electricity supplies, 50 metres of road, more than 300 metres of walls and gates and fences, a builders' camp, workshop and store, management and daily supervision of construction and landscaping works. With the pilot house and its supporting infrastructure successfully completed, we have finalized many more details and connected all the trades required in preparation for completion of the project.
